has gained a multitude of skills and valuable knowledge from the previous positions he has held in varying companies with his over a decade of experience. These experiences include, but are not limited to, Operation Center Senior Analyst at BJC HealthCare. In this role, John Picou was able to offer 24/7 support for complex IS technologies with DBA emphasis for the operations center by way of identifying potential hazards to critical clinical and non-clinical applications, detecting outages in coverage areas, engage business cases with 3rd party vendors for root cause analysis, applied solutions from research for systems and applications as well as feedback for the company. John Picou has also held roles as an Application Quality Assurance Analyst at Monsanto. In this position, he was able to establish new methods of testing that accelerated the application of development lifecycle minus negotiating the quality of deliverables that conformed to Monsanto’s global standards through PXE tools and Altiris software. These positions have all helped prepare John Picou well for any IT solution that may be needed.

John Picou is known as a leader that is passionate about being detail oriented and deadline focused. He has overseen production Microsoft SQL server instances, administered Microsoft/VM/Unix servers, maintained Citrix environments, and monitored Cisco Router/Switches. John Picou also values the company resources for the projects in which he has been made responsible for. Utilizing such tactics as completing multi-million dollar projects on time, launching new solutions to reduce team’s labor costs, and working with leadership positions to leverage business strategies has allowed him to work efficiently for his employers.
